A few weeks ago, like so many, I tested positive for covid 19. Thankfully symptoms were mild and with the support of family and friends I was able to rest and isolate as required and recovered pretty quickly.
Having to self- isolate meant I was unable to visit with family in the way I had hoped to. The whole experience has been a lesson in being present and not focusing on the things that are out of my control.
Although I’m now well, I have been more tired than usual, so I’m only just getting back to a gentle physical yoga practice. If you are looking for some nourishing practices check out the link
